Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It does not constitute a guaranteed quote, final service recommendation or binding service agreement.

3. Quotes and Estimates


Quotes or estimates provided through the website, by telephone, by email, through photographs or through other remote communications are preliminary unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.


Final pricing may depend on factors such as:

  • Paint condition and thickness
  • Previous repairs, coatings, wraps or treatments
  • Contamination, stains, scratches or other damage
  • Selected materials and coverage

We may revise or withdraw a preliminary estimate after inspecting the vehicle or discovering conditions that were not reasonably visible or disclosed beforehand.


Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not obligate Spectrum Auto Studio to accept the work or reserve an appointment.


4. Appointments and Service Agreements


An appointment is not confirmed until Spectrum Auto Studio expressly accepts it.


Specific services may be governed by a separate estimate, invoice, work authorisation, waiver, warranty, cancellation policy or service agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed service agreement, the separately signed agreement will control regarding the applicable service.


You are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle, including known damage, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, electrical issues and other conditions that could affect the work.


5. Deposits, Payments and Cancellations


Certain services may require a deposit or advance payment. Applicable deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, refund and payment terms will be communicated during booking or included in a separate estimate or service agreement.


Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Prices are subject to change before a service is confirmed
  • Deposits may be applied toward the final balance
  • Additional authorised work may result in additional charges
  • Full payment may be required before the vehicle is released
  • Taxes and applicable fees may be added to advertised prices


Failure to arrive, late cancellation or repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of a deposit where permitted by law and disclosed at booking.


6. Service Results and Vehicle Condition


Automotive detailing, paint correction, coatings, films, wraps and tinting involve vehicle-specific materials and conditions. Results may vary.

Spectrum Auto Studio does not guarantee that every:

  • Scratch, swirl, stain, odour or imperfection can be removed
  • Paint defect can be safely corrected
  • Existing flaw will be completely concealed
  • Colour or finish will appear identical under every lighting condition
  • Film, coating, wrap or tint will be entirely free from minor installation characteristics


Certain defects may be permanent or may require repair, replacement or bodywork outside the scope of detailing services.


Photographs, videos, galleries and before-and-after examples show individual results and do not guarantee that another vehicle will achieve identical results.


Manufacturer warranties, product warranties and service warranties are subject to their own written terms, maintenance requirements, exclusions and claim procedures.


7. Vehicle Contents and Personal Property


Customers are responsible for removing valuables, cash, documents, electronic devices, child seats and other personal property before leaving a vehicle for service.


Spectrum Auto Studio is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left inside a vehicle except to the extent caused by our proven negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.


You should disclose fragile, loose, modified or non-functioning vehicle components before service begins.


8. Vehicle Access and Operation


Where reasonably necessary to perform, inspect, photograph, move, store, test or deliver the vehicle, you authorise Spectrum Auto Studio and its personnel to enter and operate the vehicle.


Additional vehicle pickup, delivery, rideshare or transportation arrangements may be subject to separate conditions and availability.


Any detailed authorisation relating to vehicle custody, road testing or transportation should be addressed in the applicable service agreement.


9. Website Communications


When you submit a form, call, email or otherwise contact us, you authorise us to respond using the contact information you provide.

Service-related communications may include:

  • Estimates and appointment information

Limitations concerning physical automotive services may be addressed separately in the applicable service agreement.


Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
